Holistically, thousands of years ago, Aromatherapy Essential Oils were not internally digested, topically used like Cleopatra and her beloved frankincense in skin care. Fresh lemon juice in warm water first up in the morning in Ayurveda Medicine, to kick-start the liver in the morning, not essential oils.

I do not use or sell the cheaper "Sweet Orange" "Peppermint" or "Lavender" as examples, for a stronger pungent aroma.
